Salon Policies 

​By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the policies below. These are in place so I can respect both your time and mine, and continue giving you my best work every visit. 

Content & Media 

​By accepting these policies and booking an appointment, you agree and give permission for photo and/or video content to be taken during or after your service.
I may use this content on my social media, website, and other marketing platforms for educational and promotional purposes. I always aim to capture your hair in the most flattering, respectful way. If you have any questions about this, please let me know before your appointment.

Service Changes 

 When you reserve an appointment, you are reserving a specific block of time in my schedule.
     If you arrive and decide to downgrade your service (for example, you booked a full head of highlights but now want a half head of highlights), this is considered a last-minute cancellation of your original reservation.
    •    In this situation, you have two options:
    1.    We can adjust the service, but you will still be charged based on the original time reserved, or
    2.    You can choose to cancel/downgrade the service, and it will be treated as a late cancellation, which falls under the cancellation policy below.
This helps protect the time I’ve set aside just for you and ensures fairness for all clients on the waitlist.

Cancellation 

There is a 48-hour policy for all appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled.
    •    Please text me at 908-721-8100 to change your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • There is a 50% charge for your reserved service.

Running Late

If you are 15 minutes late or more, I promise to do my best with the time we have left, but I may not be able to complete the full service you originally booked.
    •    You will still be responsible for paying for the full time that you reserved, even if we have to shorten or modify the service.
    •    Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late so I can plan accordingly.

No-Show 

​If you do not call, text, or show up for your appointment, you will be charged a 100% no-show fee for your reserved service.

Emergencies

​I understand that true emergencies happen. If something serious comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. The more notice, the better.
