Frequently Asked Questions
-
If your goals have changed or you’re unsure whether you need grey blending (base-break) or full grey coverage, a consultation is the best option. It prevents incorrect bookings and ensures your service matches your lifestyle and expectations.
-
Yes — consultations are strongly encouraged for new clients, especially for highlight services.
Highlights require a clear understanding of your hair history, including:
When your last highlight service was
Whether you’ve ever had a full bleach service
If you’ve used over-the-counter or box color
These details directly affect the outcome and health of your hair, and the best way to assess them over a consultation done over video call:
-
Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Hair should not be excessively dirty.
I schedule specific time for each service so I can focus on creating your color, cut, or style, not cleaning the hair. Arriving with clean, dry hair allows me to use our time efficiently and deliver the best possible results.

Grey blending uses a base-break to soften and blend grey hair so it appears more like a highlight, resulting in a softer, low-maintenance grow-out.
Full grey coverage uses permanent color to fully cover grey hair and typically requires maintenance every 4–6 weeks. If you’re unsure which option fits your lifestyle, a consultation is recommended.
-
All highlight services are designed to create dimension, not an overly blonde or flat result.
Front Hairline Highlights are ideal for subtle brightness around the face and maintaining dimension between larger highlight services.
Half Head Highlights maintain brightness through the top and hairline while preserving natural depth underneath for a low-maintenance grow-out.
Full Highlights are used to establish or reset dimension throughout the entire head and are often the best starting point for new clients—even if you don’t want to be fully blonde.
I created these options to maintain dimensional color over time and avoid the over-highlighted, “too blonde” look many new clients come to me wanting to fix.
This ensures the service you book aligns with your expectations and your hair’s needs.

Each service is booked based on time, product usage, and technique. Booking the correct service ensures:
Accurate timing
Proper customization
A smooth, stress-free appointment
If you’re ever unsure, a consultation is always the safest option.

No. All services include a blowout and style, and there is no option to skip it.
I strongly believe no one should leave the salon with wet hair. Hair must be dry and styled to properly assess color placement, blending, and haircut precision. In the past, clients who left with wet hair later questioned the result once it dried at home. Including a blowout protects both of us and ensures you leave confident in your results.

I accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and checks.
Payment is due at the time of service.
