A Note on Time & Care
When you book an appointment, you’re reserving dedicated time in my schedule just for you.
These policies are in place to respect your time, mine, and the level of care I provide every client.

Emergencies
I understand that true emergencies happen.
If something serious comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. The more notice you can give, the better.
Running Late
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, I’ll do my best with the remaining time, but I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
• You will still be responsible for the full service price based on the time reserved.
• Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re running late so I can plan accordingly.
Service Changes at Your Appointment
When you reserve an appointment, you are reserving a specific block of time.
If you arrive and decide to downgrade your service (for example, booking a full head of highlights and switching to a half head), this is considered a last-minute change to your original reservation.
In this case, you have two options:
• We can adjust the service, and you will still be charged for the original time reserved, or
• You may choose to cancel or downgrade the service, which will be treated as a late cancellation under the policy below.
This helps protect the time set aside for you and ensures fairness to clients on the waitlist.
Content & Media
By booking an appointment, you give permission for photos and/or videos to be taken during or after your service.
These may be used on my website, social media, or other platforms for educational or promotional purposes. I always aim to capture your hair in a flattering and respectful way.
If you have any concerns or prefer not to be photographed, please let me know before your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Please text 908-721-8100 to make changes at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service.
No-Shows
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
